We strive to provide you with a comfortable and memorable stay. However, if you need to cancel or change your reservation, or if you are not completely satisfied with our services, please review our Return and Refund Policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation
Words with capitalized first letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to PANCHAVATI ELITE, located at 51, Mamleshwar Temple Road, Brahma Puri, Omkareshwar, Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh 450554.
Services refer to room bookings, hospitality, and restaurant services provided by the Hotel.
Booking means your reservation for accommodation or related services at Panchavati Elite.
Website refers to www.panchavatielite.com
You refers to the guest making use of the services, either individually or on behalf of a group or organization.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your hotel booking within 7 days of your check-in date to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to one night’s room charge.
No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Any advance payments will be refunded as per the terms above, minus any applicable bank or transaction fees.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation approval, and will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are only applicable for:

Room bookings made directly via our website or official contact numbers
Bookings canceled within the eligible time frame
Prepaid reservations where the guest is eligible for cancellation as per policy

No refunds will be issued for:

Rooms booked under non-refundable rates or promotional offers
Early check-outs or unused nights
Services not availed (like food orders, parking, etc.)

Refunds for Special Cases

If your stay was affected due to genuine service failures (e.g., overbooking, maintenance issues), and no alternate arrangement could be made, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

In the case of force majeure (natural calamities, government restrictions, etc.), refunds or rescheduling will be offered per the situation and applicable law.

Gifts and Complimentary Bookings

Bookings marked as gifted will be refunded only to the original payer if cancellation terms are met.
Complimentary stays are non-refundable and non-transferable.
