Welcome to Panchavati Elite. By accessing or using our website www.panchavatielite.com, booking a room, dining in our restaurant, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Reservation

All room bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for check-in.
Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Pricing and Payments

Room rates are as listed on our official website or communicated via official contact.
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept UPI, bank transfers, cash, and major digital wallets.
For online reservations, a deposit or full payment may be required in advance.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Guests may cancel bookings as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are eligible for full refunds.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow hotel policies during their stay.
Any damage caused to hotel property by the guest will be chargeable.
Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest in case of misconduct.

6. Restaurant Services

Our in-house restaurant “Panchavati Elite – Restaurant & Fast Food” offers Chinese and South Indian cuisine.
Restaurant hours may vary and are subject to seasonal adjustments.
Outside food is not permitted inside the restaurant premises.

7. Privacy and Security

We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared with us during booking or check-in will be kept confidential as per our Privacy Policy.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or pandemics.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of Panchavati Elite and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

10. Modifications

Panchavati Elite reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Updated terms will be posted on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh courts.
